Why am I not surprised, what a party Reform Ltd is, the choice of chancers, spivs, grifters and porn actresses. Stay classy eh?

IOMGran Sat 13-Dec-25 15:28:57

BlueBelle

Then there is (not famous well I hardly think this Blue woman is exactly famous maybe notorious ) but a henchman of Reform Ryan Bridge wanted in Spain for a £40 million holiday scam and Paul Lumber who , has a criminal record in Bristol. He has been convicted of various offences,
Assaulting a woman by beating her, for which he was jailed for 22 weeks. Theft from Superdrug (£41 value) and Two Seasons (£50). Assaulting a police officer in connection with the theft charges, which resulted in a 10-week jail sentence (offending while on a suspended sentence)

These are the people Reform attract

Exactly this. Similarly the so called US Christians who manage to hold their noses and support Trump and that whole S-show.

Because Foxie48 most people have no time to go trawling through the Internet looking for Reform councillors who haven’t cut the mustard on their councils. Therefore they don’t know. They will vote for a Reform MP in their area when the time comes.
It’s one man one vote, not one highly educated man with time on his hands to study politics in depth.

Goodness, where do wwe begin with all the other parties?
It would fill pages on GN.

One might ask, are these types of people of all parties attracted to politics in particular as a career? Why?

A wise person once said that politics is showbusiness for ugly people.

There is an awful lot of virtue signalling on this thread.

Bonny Blue is a porn star who has made her name by taking part in public sexual activity. i would have expected her to have impinged on the notice of anyone who is a regular newspaper reader because she has been in the news a lot and the news item would have been in the next column to whatever else you are reading that payed due attention to you noble mind and its interests.

I am never sure how to respond to triumphant cries of 'never heard of him/her/it' as if boasting of one's ignorance of someone/something reflects on the person/things essential worthlessness and irrelevance, or merely displays the proclaimers ignorance . It was a phrase my father used and I could never understand how such an intelligent man, could not see the problem.

Wow. You definitely win this years prize for ‘ over thinking / blowing out of all proportion’ award 😂

Momac55 Sat 13-Dec-25 17:21:50

Who on earth is cheering her on fgs

There have been a number if high profile paedophiles in both the lib dems and the greens, and people who covered it up, so what does that say about those parties/voters.

Very good point

LemonJam Sat 13-Dec-25 17:46:54

nanna8- "Never heard of her and I’d guess most haven’t. Funny what some read - I guess it takes all sorts".

You didn't have to look far on Gransnet yourself to read about BB. Now you also are aware her extreme challenges and also posted

You're now a full member of your self described club: 'funny what some read- it takes all sorts' 😉

There’s nothing triumphant about it, being honest is all.I have never heard of her or seen anything about her either online or newspapers or anywhere else.Strangely am not au fait with the porn scene.

LemonJam Sat 13-Dec-25 18:12:37

I came across BB for the first time by way of a prime time TV channel 4 documentary that all the newspapers on the same day also included an article about her and the documentary, including BBC news channel. So not by way of being "au fait with the porn scene". You have now found out about BB on line though- via Gransnet....

Sadly Oreo, to protect our teens, we should be aware of the 'porn' practices that are starting to contaminate romantic encounters, courtesy of the disgusting Tate brothers and social media.

Oreo Sat 13-Dec-25 18:14:46

Really Lemonjam ? I would never have known that 😜

Oreo Sat 13-Dec-25 18:16:34

I don’t have any teens Maremia to worry about but in any case we can leave that to their parents can’t we.

LemonJam Sat 13-Dec-25 18:37:52

I don't still have teens at home either Oreo. But I do come across many teens when advising and supporting them in police custody suites as an Appropriate Adult. I have private consultations with them before and after their police interview for alleged offence, or when they return on bail conditions or come in for a voluntary police interview to try and keep them out of criminal justice system

Teens often bring up things they'd like to talk about with me like boyfriend/girl friend choices, how they got sucked into online porn, peer pressure to engage in sex etc etc.

Teens don't always turn to their parents, sometimes don't feel able to turn to their parents or sometimes just choose to turn to someone one else or to a grandparent, as they find it easier than speaking to a parent....

Maremia Sat 13-Dec-25 18:42:32

Teens can have more relaxed chats with their Gran. Especially if you don't 'over react' and have the time to listen to the whole 'story'.

Oreo Sat 13-Dec-25 18:45:04

That’s an interesting job you have LemonJam
I don’t come into any contact with teens whatsoever so aren’t in a position to advise them should their need arise.

ViceVersa Sat 13-Dec-25 18:55:48

As I said earlier in the thread, her 'antics' have been widely reported on numerous social media platforms as well as mainstream media. You often see people on GN almost proudly declaring that they've never heard of X, Y or Z, when a simple search would tell them all they need to know.

LemonJam Sat 13-Dec-25 19:00:37

Thank you Oreo- thats fair enough if you don’t come into contact with teens at all.

Galaxy Sat 13-Dec-25 19:11:28

I know her because the women I follow on social media ( old school feminists grin) talk about her and the complex issues involved in porn, prostitution, etc, all which are generally a disaster for women.

Have you noticed an increase in girls saying their boyfriends want to strangle them during sex? I have been reading about this terrible practice, I think this is Tate inspired. Strangulation is a massive red flag denoting a violent and potentially murderous man. It's also very dangerous for the woman as it can cause strokes and neck damage even if they appear to be OK afterwards. I hate this timeline, we're going backwards aren't we...

I agree IOMgran that we do seem to be going backwards. I am 72 and I thought men's behaviour would get better as a result of feminism embedding itself, as it were.
How utterley astonished I was at the practice of " upskirting" which I think has been made a specific criminal offence.
Whaaat!!!
If someone had tried to strangle me during sex I'd have poked their eyes out ....

Iam64 Sun 14-Dec-25 15:01:19

Strangulation during sex appears to have been normalised due to access to violent extreme pornography available on mobile phones. Same with anal sex
Girls report boys expect it. A teacher told a an interviewer a 14 year old boy asked advice on safe strangulation

Maremia Sun 14-Dec-25 15:05:05

Can I just chip in with the fact that Farage and Reform voted against a recent bill to criminalise 'upskirting'.

LemonJam Sun 14-Dec-25 16:12:45

IOMgran- no, so far at least with teens. I am aware it's becoming more main stream between consenting adults as vulnerable adults also have access to Appropriate adult support and advice. teens, coercion of varying kinds yes- but not that.

However, increasingly have had discussions re others tricking teens then blackmailing online to show nude photos- escalating further. They thought they were on a site chatting to another teen- but no- an abusive adult. Once sucked in and threatened with blackmail, a worrying trend towards encouraging teen girls to self harm plus might get sucked in to suicide sites also. so facing online criminal charges but got there by being a victim- all very sad. The dark web is not a nice place for teens at all- full of dangers.

Casdon Sun 14-Dec-25 16:17:18

I do think her name is a sad one, Beautiful but Unhappy.
