Israel and US hit Iran

I don't see an end objective to this war, regime change, removing nuclear capability, end terrorism, all seem distant hopes.
It's being reported that Iran opened the nuclear talks with the statement that " we intend to continue enriching uranium for peaceful purposes" and they have enough for 11 bombs if they chose to build them. The US and Israel didn't like that and attacked Iran.

If its true that they have that capability Israel will most likely want to stop it, more than just an air campaign to remove or destroy the threat by any means.

But that proves my point Meandrogrog, doesn’t it? Some Iranian women support the regime, some strongly oppose it. That’s exactly what I said in response to your point that they would all be out celebrating in the streets. They are just like us, all thinking differently, so don’t blanket them all into one box.

As I said upthread, I am not convinced the "war" will still be going in 1 month[on the US "side"].

Trump seems to go in.

I find it hard to believe that us women are not all 100% behind trying to liberateIranian women! I wont get started on what I think is happening in the UK!

Of course there will be some women not happy and weeping and wailing about the evil old ayatollahs.Maybe religious extremists or brainwashed all their lives.
The younger women and younger men are celebrating where it’s safe to do so.
I hope it will result in regime change for them as they have suffered so much but the main thing is stopping Iran from its nuclear aspirations which were well on the way.
Destroying ballistic missile stashes and IRG bases and so on and the nuclear sites and ships are the objectives.
Iran lashing out in the region is going against it too.

Yes, and the amazing thing is, some women support Donald Trump! I mean, how can they? I wont get started on what I think is happening in the US!

There’s a big movement in the USA for what they call trad wives, who see their role as being to serve men. Of course for most of us, it’s abhorrent, but we have to recognise that there are two sides to every coin, and none of us can speak for everybody. Denying the facts doesn’t change anything.

I feel desperately sad for the Iranian people, they were duped into thinking this war was all about regime change, but now Trump isn’t even talking about that, looks like he is bored with regime change and is switching to something else until that something else morphs into something else entirely.
This doesn’t inspire anyone but does terrify other nations caught up in this. Already the region is on fire. A good reason why previous presidents didn’t want to start such a conflagration.
Now it is hard to say when or how this will end. Certainly more innocent lives will be lost. And the dreams of liberation that tasted so sweet will rapidly become a nightmare.

They weren’t duped at all.
Trump told them from day one ( Saturday) that their future was in their own hands.
What Israel and the US are doing is setting the scene for regime change of some kind, even if it isn’t democracy.

I imagine that they murder them individually Oreo. That’s not the point though. However much noise you make about it, it doesn’t change the fact that some women think differently to the way you are trying to project that they do or should. They are individuals, like we are.
