Looking for Facebook post about Older Women and protests

This is a long shot, but maybe someone can help. A couple of weeks ago I saw a Facebook post by an older American woman where she said that it was 'old women' who needed to take up causes/protests because they had less to lose than younger people. She suggested as that their children were grown up commitments there were largely over and they also did not have their career progress to worry about. She posted a video explaining about this and she came across as very articulate and thoughtful. I thought I had 'saved' the post but must have failed to do so. Did anyone else see it and remember who she was?
She also spoke about how we should witness the things going on in the world and not decide it is all so stressful and awful that we are not going to watch the News or read the press. I would really like to watch again to follow her reasoning and views and make my own judgement on what she said.
