What Is Melania's Strategy?

Her out-of-the-blue announcement denying any connection with the late Jeffrey Epstein has certainly brought the whole scandalous mess back into the media spotlight.

The Iran-USA-Israel war had submerged the Epstein business but the First Lady's attention-grabbing speech has put her husband's friendship/involvement with a very rich, very convicted paedophile right back at the top of the agenda.

Is this her idea of defending her husband? Or has she got a more sinister motive?

It seems beyond bizarre.

No I mean how do you know it wasn’t edited?

The press reported so. The only redactions were related to individuals names to protect confidentiality.

I feel like your personal assistant, why do you not look these things up for yourself?

For my awaited granddaughter!!
I was simply trying to point out that there was an opportunity to edit videos whereas a simultaneous broadcast would have been straight from the horse’s mouth…. So to speak.

They couldn’t do a simultaneous broadcast though without breaking the confidentiality of the other people involved, can you imagine how confusing that would have been in questioning, referring to Mr X Y and Z, and Ms A B and C. I think we have to trust that the House Oversight Committee were honest, given the Clintons were treated the same as everybody else giving depositions.
