The IDF are employed by the State so why would it investigate what it knows is being done?

I think it's important to use the term "the current Israeli regime" for the State as a whole includes many who do not support Netanyahu. Just as we see Jewish people join demonstrations who have concerns about Palestinians and believe instead in interfaith and peace work.

Absolutely, however it appears some humans lives are not as important as others.

The issue here again is if one supports “normal” people living in Gaza, some feel this is supporting Hamas and/or hating Jews.

I neither hate Jews nor support terrorism of any kind.

I don’t believe many Jewish communities outside of Israel support Netanyahu or his actions.

Somehow, sometime very soon, people living in these areas of horrific events, including Gaza and Israel, Ukraine and Russia, Iran and the USA have to reach a mutually acceptable peace agreement, which is fair to both sides and makes it clear terrorism/murder is neither acceptable nor the resolution.

Otherwise we will have more and more murders, more towns and cities utterly destroyed and more and more displaced citizens looking for safe places to live, including the UK.

I sympathise with sixandahalf but, coming from a Christian perspective, I hang on by a thread due to following, and supporting when I can, several organisations who work with partners in both Israel and Palestine. If they can go on working in this seemingly hopeless situation then I should not give up hope, but it is hard to see how easily both government and the media move on to other issues and do not hold the government of Israel to account for the horrors described by Whitewavemark.

According to 'The Times of Israel', Bluth has condemned the actions of "extremist fringe groups" who have burned people alive in their houses; so why isn't he using the IDF to stop this happening?

He has admitted to loosening 'the rules' whereby people can be shot in the knee so I for one, find it impossible to believe that the IDF is not taking part in the horror being inflicted on innocent Palestinian men, women and children.

I am in interfaith groups: we need both that and condemnation where appropriate.

No, thhe world is watching, but helplessly. The IDf has the American President on its side. As the Ukrainians have found, once superpower has you in their sight, you are stuffed and nthing anyone else does can stop it.

I feel very similar to you. At times I feel quite ill regarding this and have to withdraw. I then feel guilty about that. I've always found injustice so difficult to deal with. It's nothing though compared to what these Palestinians are going through.

It is sickening. Just plain evil. Absolutely no excuse.

I remember the video of a young boy being shot by the IDF. It was clear that one of the soldiers dropped a stone by the dead boy's hand so it looked as though he was armed with a stone.
They are beyond despicable. When they kill unarmed children there is no hope at all for them. They are in a very dark and evil place.

It's gone on for years and years. It is a deliberate attempt to destroy a race of people.

Providing the IDF don’t kill them before they can report.

Maybe, after the elections in October, if the Israelis chose to remove Netanyahu from power, maybe then, rule of law will return.
