How can I stop people from 'helping' ?
Engagement Party and then Hen Party

This is a wheeze, a dodge, a distraction, an expensive waste of time and an attempt to wriggle out of the morass he has got himself into,

Haha Great minds ……
To be honest, anyone attempting to frame anything about this pointless by-election by “blaming” Labour, might need to give her their head a wobble

Indeed MaizieD, but as I always say, it’s their prerogative, each to their own, it’s really water off a ducks back! Quack quack

So Dale Vince can fund Count Binman but has pulled the rug on Forest Green Rover’s Women. Nice to know his priorities.
That’s very sad, I think his cash would be better used on them 😕😕

I suspect that an extremely wealthy man could afford to donate to more than one cause.
Is there any concrete evidence that he has, so to speak, robbed Peter to pay Paul?
There's a lot to dislike about DV but surely that's not the issue here, at least the public will know he's made a donation.

Labour are insulting the Clacton voters
But if Labour voters were dim enough to vote for the Tin Man and make him PM. Dim is as dim does seems to me.Can you imagine the uproar if anybody said Reform voters were dim?
Offensive post.
Posters have definitely inferred that about Reform voters on here in the past, definitely.

NF has been the most scrutinised, investigated person in Politics ever and nothing has ever stuck. I actually believe he has done nothing wrong. He is too smart to lie about this on national TV. In his statement I thought he explained himself very well and, to me, it made sense.
There is a Labour MP on TV talking about this just now and she is running him down and accusing him of stuff she cannot possibly know whether it’s true or not. They’re all spouting the same old lines “political stunt”. It’s nothing of the sort. If they thought they stood a chance at Clacton against NF they would be standing, no doubt about that.
Starmer the other day was all puffed up and spitting out the words that NF was wrapped up in sleaze. This is the man who has been forced to resign because of the sleaze he is involved with!NF Also said he did not claim MP expenses.
Absolutely spot on, great post 👏👏👏👏👏

As one could question the ignorant assumption in the original post that voting for the bin would make him a PM I think insult honours are even...
Oh I think we’ve all thrown the odd insult around about particular voting choices.
However, sometimes some insults on here can seem incredibly personal and offensive.
I’m not easily offended though, and I think that it says more about the person who might revert to inferred personal insults than it does to those they’re insulting!
Easy when typing to get PM mixed up with MP I think 😁
So people in Clacton are flying bin bags out of windows...[I thought us lefties were always being accused by righties of not having a sense of humour
?]
Oh my, got to love that 🤣

Meandrogrog, I hope that Mr Farage did not say that he has not claimed expenses as an Member of Parliament, as that would be a lie.
He claimed just under £160,000 last year.
Apologies, Meandrogrog, your post was applauding a post by Primrose with that assertion.

Errr I was making a play on words Bin man and Tin man (Starmer) vacant between the ears The Wizard of Oz 😀
If voters were (I won't use the word dim again) perhaps misguided/silly enough to vote him in as PM they just might be silly enough to vote for Bin man in Clacton.
I thought I waa being witty but after all the faux outrage I obviously wasn't, I better not give up my day job just yet

What a lot of nonsense.
Also the Errr thing is rather rude imo.

It’s over £165,000, in fact, which is he is legitimately entitled to do so why would he say he hasn’t? Why does he lie about something that is so easily to check with IPSA?
I suspect what he means is he claims no personal expenses (in fact, that’s what he said in his resignation speech) such as accommodation for himself and travel but then if he has rich donors letting him stay at their London pads and paying for him to travel in their private planes, helicopters and cars why would he need to?
Why did he not make an insurance claim for the alleged vicious attack by a mob of 50 that he claims wrote off his car but he didn’t bother to claim insurance for? By law, an incident of that kind should have been reported to the police and his insurers. So why wasn’t it? Was it because it didn’t happen?
It’s becoming a regular Reform excuse that taking dodgy money from dubious donors is saving the taxpayer money. Jenrick was doing the same thing on TV when trying to defend his own dodgy donation from Spott Fitness Ltd.

Scroll past and don't read my posts if you don't like them that's what I do you don't have to comment on every post you know. Just joining the nonsense on here about Bin man🙂 but I expect Starmer Tin man is too near the truth for some perhaps.
Binface is more for the people than millionaire Farage will ever be. A people's man who owns five houses?
Am I correct in saying, Graphite, that there is no provision for any Members of Parliament to claim ," personal expenses"?
My understanding is that any claims must be in relation to the position. For example, anyone may claim for travel to and from London to their constituency, but may not claim the train fare to aunty's seventieth birthday celebrations.
