The timeline of Princess Diana's relationship with James Hewitt directly contradicts the rumor.

​Prince Harry was born September 15, 1984.
​Diana and James Hewitt first met in 1986. This was two years after Harry was born.
Hewitt had been hired as her riding instructor.
Their affair began later that year (apparently).

​Both Hewitt and Harry have addressed and dismissed the rumor, citing the timeline:
Hewitt has repeatedly stated publicly that the timeline makes it impossible for him to be Harry's father - Harry was already a toddler when he and Diana met.

Harry looks like some of the Spencer family.
Here is a photo alongside his uncle, Charles Spencer.

Yes, it is nonsense.
Harry is a mix of both sides of the family, the male sides in particular; a look of the Mountbatten-Windsors with the Spencer hair, the colour and even the way it grows.

The Hewitt ‘proof’ seems to always be the same two profile photos side by side! Lots of us could probably find a family photo showing a resemblance to Harry if we looked hard enough. I wonder why so many people are so desperate for Hewitt to be his father, even after the timeline has been shown to be wrong so many times?
Remember the Home Secretary used to attend royal births to safeguard the line of succession, so I wonder if DNA testing would be the modern day equivalent, or is that as nutty as the Hewitt ‘theory’?

I don't think Harry looks like either side of his family, and with the royal and aristocratic families being so well documented this is unusual.
William is an Hanoverian, as is Edward; Prince Louis looks like Andrew, Princess Anne resembles an earlier Princess Royal and occasionally Queen Victoria; many Spencer girls look (ed) like Diana, Princess Margaret looked like Queen Charlotte. As for Harry, who knows?

As my mother-in-law used to say when people tried to see family resemblance in babies and children "He/she just looks like him/herself!"

Yes Thomas Markle was very foolish in being sucked into the paparazzi nonsense and I’m sure it caused huge embarrassment for Meghan but honestly, was it really an unforgivable crime?
He too was ashamed and embarrassed and apologised profusely to no avail.

The incident and Meghan’s reaction gives a good insight into her character in my view.

I see little of Queen Victoria in Princess Anne, but Beatrice is most definitely like her.

Everyone sees something different in familial likenesses. I think looks can be passed through the generations. Here's my take on a few of them, going further back I see a young Victoria in Beatrice, on the other hand her sister Eugenie looks like her father AMW. The old late Queen Mary, (May of Teck) thoroughly put her stamp on the family looks wise. Not only, as might be expected, on her son, the late Queen's father, George V1, but glimpses of her in, Elizabeth 11, Princess Ann and Edward, plus his daughter Lady Louise. Prince Louis takes after his maternal grandfather, Michael Middleton, Prince Charlotte looks like the late Queen. William and Harry's looks are quite different, as siblings often are. William is more of a Windsor. I could see the likeness in the picture supplied by Petra, between Harry and Prince Philip (with a beard) Although facially and colouring wise I think most of all Harry looks like his aunt, Diana's sister, Lady Sarah McCorquodale. I also think Princess Margaret had a look of Queen Charlotte way back, in time, wife of George 111.

I'm sure others might disagree with my pov, as stated, we all see something quite different in inherited looks within families.

I meant to add the one or two pictures we've seen of Archie although a red head too, I think feature wise he looks very much like his maternal grandfather, Thomas Markle.

You cannot hold up two pictures to compare because in this day and age everything is fake! How do you know pictures haven't been airbrushed? That picture of Philip doesn't look like him at all.

It is. If you look into William’s eyes, you see Diana. People’s appearance shows they inherit different bits of all their genetic history, Harry and Prince Philip have identical noses.

There is a painting of George III at Buckingham Palace. He is the spitting image of William. A real Hanoverian. Beatrice has Victoria’s face. William’s children look very Middleton to me.
