So Harry and family are coming back!

They betrayed their Family and 'found freedom'. They don't want us and we don't want them.
My instincts tell me the King is unwell.

Just listening to the BBC news and reading between the lines their security arrangements seem to have been reviewed ?? Back like a shot if the British Taxpayer is now paying for their security. That's saving them probably about £4-5 million a year which I think would be roughly the cost of American Private Security for a family of four . (Guardian researched this about 3/4 years ago and it was £2 to £3 )mill then. They're not rich enough for this not to matter.
I don't believe for a minute that KC didn't know. The last visit was to be choreographed as an introduction to this , but it all went wrong in my view

Wherever they live I hope they can find happiness and peace.

There are two innocent children starting school in a new to them country, wishing them well.

My sentiments exactly.
Let them and their lovely little family
live in peace & happiness.
As for some of you fervent royalists out there who seem to delight in being spiteful about Harry & his little family, just think how hurt his mother Princess Diana would be by your vicious, mean, salacious comments about her vibrant, star of a son.

Well I'm sorry but Harry started it with their vicious, mean, salacious comments about the Royal Family. Wouldn't Diana have also been hurt by the things he said about William?

Perhaps he is planning be heavily involved and maybe even initiate events commemorating the deathof Princess Diana.

Apparently there will be things going on for the 30th anniversary if her death.

Also pre Invictus stuff and then the Games. Then I think they'll probably return to the USA with a renewed celebrity profile and future promotional material.

When the name was announced H&M said she would be known as Lili. It was also said that the late Queen was told this and was therefore upset when they persisted in using Lilibet instead. Just one instance of why this pair are generally disliked.
Children do change schools, countries not so much, and these children are very young.
It seems as though they are now attempting to attach themselves to the Spencer family, not one of the most balanced, as they have previously discarded the Windsor and Markle relations apart from Doria.

And you know this, how? This is all reported by "sources," cannot be proven either way and certainly did not come from the horse's mouth. Half the stuff spouted on here is from similar sources and may or may not have any veracity at all.

Gosh 168 posts already, and now going round in circles and repeating, so I shan't be reading them all. They sure are a great talking point, this thread has just doubled in size! 😂

^I am suprised that the reasons for leaving, namely trolling, vicious press, nasty family, unsafe country, all these horrors seem to now be resolved.

^

I think he got homesick.

But what about security?
Even if not working royals, will that make a difference to their worries about that?
And if they are broke[not sure they are at all totally broke] who will pay for it?

I can confidently say that their idea of being "broke" is vastly different to the large majority of us.

Down to their last 20 or 30 million maybe, compared with turning the thermostat down and putting a vest and an extra jumper on to save on your heating bill.

They have out of money for sure, if they return as private citizens fine, but will they?. Maybe seclusion alongside uncle Andrew would be the best place for them.

They are still part of the Royal Family and will have to get security as appropriate, no police authority is going to want harm to happen on their patch

Bazza 😂

I couldn't give a monkey's where these people choose to live or educate their kids. It's entirely their business, not anyone else's

Who cares.

All those posting on here who say they don't.

I wonder if Mr Clive Anderson and Mr Flannery heard a month ago that Harry had applied to enter his children in to
Uk schools and had found accommodation for the family ?.
This might be the reason that they are both leaving the Kings employment after 20 years service.

UK a month ago and decided to

Really don't care at all about what they do but it's time we had another soap to watch.
I did hear they are keeping their homes in the US and Portugal so maybe hedging their bets to see how it goes?
I seem to remember Harry having said something along the lines that his family need to apologise before he forgives them and can reconcile - over to you Wills!

Who cares.

There are some awfully harsh critics on here regarding Harry and Meghan. Personally I'm happy for them to start reconciling with their family, the King is a father of two boys and whilst he has worked closely with William especially since the cancer diagnosis, he has been estranged from Harry. Harry's visit to his dad recently seems to have been a start and if it can eventually make peace with William then so much the better. Yes, H and M have made some terrible mistakes but there is no doubt that the press have had a hand in attacking Meghan for quite some time before they made the decision to leave. There has been no intimation that Harry wants to restart Royal duties so to specualte on that is useless.

If you can honestly say that if you were in the same position as the King you would not want a reconciliation with your estranged son if it was offered then perhaps you are free to be judgmental, I personally would like to see them back in the fold in whatever position, working or not, that the King is happy with.

It seems from the newspapers this morning that nobody is interested in them enough to make programmes, and 'jars of jam are not paying the bills'.

Hate to mention the C word whilst we're still in August, so I won't, but I'm pondering on the mid winter festivities that usually play out with a royal gathering at Sandringham. Those might be interesting this year. Maybe they won't have them there though given the proximity of he who has been banished.

Perhaps Catherine will wear some nail polish in a sweet nod to Diana. Or Meghan will accidently cough. I can hardly restain myself.

I agree with those who think that payment of Harry's huge legal bill is conditional on his return to UK.
It's a shame that the children are caught up in the fall out of all this nonsense.

Lost track a bit.
Which legal bill is that for?

Harry does seem to like to sue.

I agree GrannyGravy....if only to stop the assassination of character!

I wish the children well but wonder if they will have to wear balaclavas to school.

H&M' S own press team are expert marketers of the Sussex brand. Bad news for William Catherine 🙁
