Robert Kenyon, Reform's candidate for Makerfield. Would you let him in your house?

I have just heard some of the vile misogynist comments that this plumber has posted on social media. His comments about Carol Vorderman were just disgusting. I wouldn't want him in my house to mend the toilet, yet Reform are hoping to get him in the House of Commons to represent the people of Makerfield. What does this tell you about Reform and would you vote for him?

I’ve also read he’s not a plumber but works in a vape shop!

I suspect some real scandal will emerge about Kenyon, just as it continues to emerge about all the new Reform councillors, who are falling like flies.

Has anyone seen anything about this on GB news? I don't watch it but I'd be really interested to know how they are covering the Makerfield election.

His old Facebook posts showed sexist, violent, racist and homophobic messages.

A spokesperson for Reform said that the party "fully back" him as his "comments were made before he was in politics."

Well that's all OK then.wink

Tbf Magenta8 the Labour Party said the same about all the vile antisemitism tweeted by Naz Shah the Bradford MP, as in it was before she applied to become an MP.

I wouldn’t have anyone as an MP who had anything racist in their background.

It’ll be more “smears by the MSM”.

🙄

More muck-raking. No surprise there.
I certainly wouldn't want Andy Milburn anywhere near me, prating the opinions he thinks will get him the most votes, then abandoning them when inconvenient.
Absolutely typical of this duplicitous Labour government, as is all the virtue-signalling.
And I do not support Reform.

Do you mean Burnham?

True Oreo and just as unacceptable.

Although I am left wing, I do not view the Labour Party or the Greens through rose tinted spectacles. In fact I despair of there ever being a decent left wing political party in this country. I hold the same standard of decency for all political parties.
