Kinder product recall

I bought Kinder products for Easter which Sainsbury’s then emailed to say were on the recall list. I contacted Kinder and sent pictures of the products along with the product number. I then got an email, asking for these again and in time they emailed to say they were very busy with claims, but working through them. Eventually, in April, I was told I’d get a voucher in approx 28 days. As it’s way beyond 28 days, I’m wondering if anyone else is still waiting, before I get in touch with Kinder again.
