Economy must be on the up

Why? Because obviously some companies have more than enough customers to maintain politeness to their potential customers.
A company called something like "Create a Keepsake" featured on Facebook promoting quite pretty little handmade signs/plaques for bedroom doors, keyholders for the kitchen etc - "Ethan's Room" etc, They had photographs of 4 -all of them with a rogue apostrophe before the final "s" e.g. The Moloney's and with my usual foot in my mouth tact I messaged them and pointed out the error of their ways. I got an extremely sniffy reply, more or less telling me to mind my own business. Oo-er!! As I said, how reassuring that they clearly do not need this Granny's business!! But what happened to politeness - especially when you are in business?
