A lot of it is just lazy speech; "seckertry" instead of secretary, "joolery" for jewellery, "wiv" for with, "hospiddaw" for hospital, and so on. "I was sat" or "I was stood" instead of "sitting" or "standing" are also awful.
When young people are invited to interviews, however, these errors are noted and sometimes count against them.
