If you see a plane in Cheshire it's probably taking off or landing at Manchester Airport; or it might be in a joiner's kit.

If you are on GN a lot, you'll be checking it nightly! (or maybe daily)

A large area of flat land is a plain. Salisbury Plain, The Great Plains of the US, The Cities of the Plain in the Bible (Sodom and Gomorrah, centres of wickedness which got their come-uppance when they were submerged in a flood)

PS - I wouldn't have mentioned these if this hadn't been the Pedants' corner topic, but it is THEIR come-uppance, not there and it is defiNITEly plain, not definately
