You can read it in his voice, he speaks in short, staccato sentences like that.
Just put emphasis on completely random words and you’re good to go!

The writer seems to have problems with the difference between a sentence and a paragraph. It isn’t a good advertisement for an Eton/Oxford education,

I'm glad he took the time to contact them irrespective of grammar.

It`s the thought that counts,but i get your drift.

Well, I doubt that he wrote it himself.
