Do you mean guerilla? I don't watch GB news so not sure if it's their mistake or yours?

No it's taking the p out of the average dolt on (K)GBNews.

Well it made me smile...

No, it was copied and pasted from a remark made by a member to GB news who reacted to the shooting in Crete

Two people killed, ten people injured and all posters are concerned about is a spelling mistake?

And no, there is nothing funny about any of it.

Disclaimer - I have never watched GB News so am not defending their spelling or reporting, I am just appalled that a tragic event can be trivalised like this.

I had no idea there had been any shooting in Crete. I already said I don't watch GB news and the OP was not clear, and maybe assuming people knew what she meant.

If I offended or hurt anyone with my post I apologise...

I saw the news online.
It sounded like a family feud.

It just seemed a strange thing to pick up from a report of murders. ☹

I doubt OP intended to minimize the killings, but like most of us, she is annoyed that people whose livlihood depends on correct use of language make such silly, childish mistakes.

Most of us aged five or so, thought the expression was gorilla warfare and were corrected.

No five year olds know the meaning of guerrilla warfare or even gorilla warfare, those silverbacks really go at it!
It wasn’t a spelling mistake then if someone said it in any case.
