Don't hang your bedding out to dry when the pollen count is high because it will settle on your sheets and pillowcases and you'll sneeze and snuffle all night.

If you smear some vaseline just at the bottom of each nostril (not too much !) it will help trap pollen from going up into your nose !
I only do this when I am doing work in the garden, I wouldn't apply vaseline if I were to be going anywhere , where I want to impress anyone, as the nose can look a little 'shiny' ! Don't want to be looking a complete fool do you I . Lord knows its bad enough with the red nose and runny swollen eyes! sad

A local bee keeper told me that it's worth taking a spoonfull of locally produced honey each day in the run up to summer; not sure if it works, though. [Don't think cats like honey much].

I'm sure I have heard that cats can have hay fever, though I don't recall where I heard it.

Can cats suffer from hay fever? Mine`s in full flow now, so is my little grandson`s, and now the flippin` cat`s sneezing for England!
