Sorry to hear your sad news numberplease.
It is difficult to deal with the loss of a special pet. I don't have pets but have often 'house/dog sat' for my sister.
One Christmas I was given a lovely warm scarf from 'Honey' for looking after her, I still think of her when I wear that scarf, she was a very special dog.

...I see you're coming to Brum numberplease. In that case you shall have the biggest hug ever when I see you.

Oh I'm so sorry. I don't have cats any more because I couldn't go through with losing one again so I do understand the pain you are feeling right now. The only thing I will say is that I found that knowing what had happened to my cats, however awful, was better than the ones that never came home and I never found out why. But that's no consolation to you now. We always lose the special ones. Big hug.

Oh, number I'm so very sorry to hear your sad news. Poor Pepper. It's good that you know now, although I know it's devastating. We lost a cat the same way many years ago, and I can guess how you might be feeling. What a shame (((hugs))
