Big Brother pet watcher?

I saw this gizmo online and thought it might interest the dog lovers among you.
It sounds laughable when you see treats being thrown but it might be a good, if pricey, idea.
Would any of you invest in this way of checking on your pets or do you think BB will get to know when you are not at home?
