I looked at the Rsbp website and one was £26. Found it half the price on Amazon. Not squirell proof though. confused

Ours is in the same state Daisymae.the remaining seeds started to germinate and now it's all jammed up with grass etc.
They don't cost much. This is like ours:

Ours used to feed the squirrels but we bought some squirrel busters to put round the poles. They work well, and in the Spring we spend a lot of time laughing at the antics of the young squirrels trying to get around them. It's not like they have nothing else to eat - we are surrounded by oak and hazel trees, and they steal the crab apples, not to mention the bulbs we plant grin

Just topped mine up and really they are just so revolting! Had to jet wash the base down then found out bits were stuck inside. Anyway in this cleaning process it actually fell apart so I have just ordered a new one, making sure its easy clean - whatever that means. Anyway I don't really know why they are called bird feeders when mainly mine feed the squirrels.
