I found the set up process ok though i did have to watch the video several times as I found it difficult at first actually putting on the garment now it takes me less than a minuteMy experience has been varied most of the time I find it ok however I found it uncomfortable a few times and was unable to manage full theory minutes on 70 or above as the sensation in my legs and from where the pads where was unpleasant and painful however this has only happened a couple of times in the 5 weeks I've been using it. I can't say I have found any great improvement as yet although in the last week when sneezing there is slightly less leakage. The taking off the garment was quite painful in the beginning but I now have a technique where I stretch skin away from pads whilst gently removing the pads .
