This is my third Christmas without my husband and I was really thrown by the fact that I missed him much more than in previous years. I think the initial shock of his sudden passing is wearing off. I have three sons and three lovely grandchildren - but without "my bloke" it seemed very very empty and lonely this year. 
Brilliant Biker we could form a convey down those lovely country lanes. All the locals will becoming out to watch 
For me it's the dusting fairy, I never see her. I'm thinking of giving her the sack and doing it myself.
Falcon I have come up with idea,you could travel with Ruby as she may be on her own Unless she is picking up others, I could travel behind in case you fall off! 
yes the sidecar is already fixed, Iv'e had it painted in camouflage colours so as to blend in if I took the back country roads,Ruby and yourself can hover above me and guide me along the way lead me astray more like it! 
not sure if anyone else is jumping aboard as I think I am carrying supplies, so you can put your handbag and essentials in the side car.ok bfn off to wash up, the washing up fairy hasn't been again!

I've blown the "whooopeee" cushion up for you to sit on you can travel back with Rubysong or we could travel in convoy (not sure that her carpet driving skills like) hope she doesn't read this we may be better if we keep clear(especially if she has already started on the "vodka jellies" I have heard the od rumour!

Ladies I have been having a look at this Tintergel place!! it looks fan daby dozy...have a google, you know we have a bit of a journey to Cornwall! so take plenty of supplies.I'v decided to have a sidecar fitted tomorrow, so I have room for two more passengers (first come first serve) no squabbling now! in fact if ones sits on anothers knee we could fit 4 in the sidecar
We would have to take the back country roads in case the country police were there, but if we come across any of them, I have plenty of Duck Tape, we will tape them to a tree, leave them some Magic Mushrooms and they will be none the wiser,, must remember to set them free on the way back

Got a long dress, and a long pointy hat with a veil at the back. I was wondering about Chasity Belts which were all the rage in Medieval times but then I remembered we are all mums and Grans so definitely won't be needed.
I'm not sure whether or not to pack the big foam hand you sent me Biker. I think it might squash down.

annsixty yes you are so right, in fact I spent most of the afternoon yesterday in my "other mode" with my mind so heavy on this time last when everything was sort of ticking along not too bad, and then "wham"! we didn't know what was coming, well we did, but! you know!
