Ours is coming up soon and I'm not sure what we should be doing to celebrate? It's our 33rd so not a particular milestone or anything. Do you still celebrate yours? What do you do?

Ours is a second marriage for us both. As I was teaching when we married, it was at half term. Now we find that every time our anniversary comes round we have four grandchildren staying while their parents are working, so we just smile and shrug shoulders!

Ours is in June. We have been away for a number of them and we often then bought a local picture we both liked . Now now more wall space, it's 45 this year. Can't say it's a big thing anymore. Last year we both forgot until the evening !

Our 39th at the end of the month; apart from cards nothing else will happen.
Next year I'm absolutely determined we'll do something.....I'd better warn DH so he can't say he didn't know!

We usually go out for a meal just the two of us . This coming year our children have paid for us to have afternoon tea at the ritz then to go and see a show in London .

We are coming up to 47 years. We always send each other cards and usually go out for a meal or something low key. For our 25tg we went to Florence for a few days And to Venice for our 30th. We did have a couple of parties for our 40th - one for family with caterers in a hired hall nearby, and also a BBQ another weekend for all our friends in the village. We don't think we want the stress of doing that again for our 50th (if we are spared) so will probably go away for a special holiday. Apart from the Ruby wedding we usually don't get any other cards but do send them to our children.
