Suspect that DH's memory is failing - how do you cope?

Recently DH has had uncharacteristic problems calling up the word he is searching for, and he is generally more irritable - I think hearing might be less good too. How do you cope with these things?

Doris yes definitely Ostrich behaviour though I did after about 20 years persuade him to see the dentist! He goes every 6 months!

With great difficulty. DH is very deaf has hearing aids but will not wear them as they fall out. Thankfully he is still working full time so that gives me a break!
Older men are not easy. Swing between trying to challenge his behaviour and giving up for the sake of peace.
Lord , grant me patience but hurry.

Teddy123: Talk to your GP anyway; if possible get a home visit afterwards.
