Hi, if anyone remembers me from yesterday i just wanted to thank you very much for your replies.

Its given me food for thought and when the time is right I will definitely be saying something,

Slight progress made already today.

I asked the admin to delete the thread because I felt I had given a bit much information and didn't want anyone from family to find the thread.

slight progress. i didn't speak/text etc for a few days - when i do that he comes running.

avoided him for 3rd day and then he dropped some stuff at my house that i needed for kids when i was out.

this is going to take a long time but I'm determined to change things.
