sausagedoggy … I didn't read the original post, but I'm glad you seem to be getting some success with the situation

slight progress. i didn't speak/text etc for a few days - when i do that he comes running.

avoided him for 3rd day and then he dropped some stuff at my house that i needed for kids when i was out.

this is going to take a long time but I'm determined to change things.

Stay positive and believe in yourself. I hope things work out for you.

Choose your moment, no rush and its good you feel better today.

ps: do you have little legs ?

it may not be for several weeks, it may take that long to find him in a good mood!

but im feeling a lot more positive today.
