How old were you......?

I was 19 married at 20 and divorced at 32
I know what I d do if I had my life again ……listen to my Dad

I was 17, DH 21. 56 years so far, ups and downs but mostly ups

I was 22 and DH was 30. We married 3 years later.

I was 17, he was 20....married when I was 23...been married for 56 years, wouldn't change him for the world.

Exactly my post except we’re married 39 years. I too wouldn’t change him for the world!

I was 26 and DH had just turned 30. Married 3 years later. We had 44 happy years of marriage before he died two years ago.

I met my DH when he was 39 and I was 36, we married 3 years later and still together now, I’ll be 66 in December.

I was 43, he was 42 we married 5 years later 🥰

I was 29 DH was 33. Married a year later in 1989. Most of our friends were a similar age when they got married .

How young you all were! I was 25, I think, possibly 26. He was much the same age. I wouldn’t have liked to be in a committed relationship younger than that.

Another long-time couple here. I was 20 and he was 21. We married a year and a half later at 21 & 22.

If my children wanted to get married so young, I would have questioned their rash decisions! Somehow we seemed more mature and had been on our own longer than our own kids.

I was 44 he was 37, we married after eight years together.

I was 17, he was 20....married when I was 23...been married for 56 years, wouldn't change him for the world.

I was 2 months off my 17th birthday and Mr. S. was 24.

I was 22 DH was 29 never had any intention of marrying, but after four children and on our second house along with a flourishing business we had a free weekend 🤣

Youngest child has not forgiven us for marrying before they were here 😱

Both 17. We were in the Sixth Form. He got better A level results. Married 54 years.

21 ....I'm 59 now ....not married ....but still together

I was 19 , he was 23. We married as soon as I was 21.

He was 18.
We married in 1991 & our son was born in 1995.
We’ve been married for 33 years, which have definitely their ups and downs, but we got through and are still together.
He drives me up the wall - but I wouldn’t change him 😊

We were both sixteen. Both nearly eighty now . It’ s been okay so far.

I met DH at twenty, engaged seven months later at twenty one and married at twenty two, DH was twenty seven.
He might irritate me at times, but I wouldn't never change him!
