Generally, we in the UK, don't use the Oxford comma (before "and" in a list). It seemed obvious to some of us that vampirequeen was mentioning three different incidents of humour. Even if others thought that she had got muddled about the bloody doors and thought they had something to do with Basil Fawlty rather than Michael Caine, it doesn't make our recollection of the film incident any less funny.
