Father God, we watch from the comfort and safety of our homes the suffering of our brothers and sisters facing the wrath of hurricanes .

Remembering that your Son calmed the storm we ask this storm too will be calmed quickly, and those who are suffering fear, loss of family and friends and loss of their homes will receive practical and emotional support.

We ask in the name of your Son , our Lord
