Christ has no body but yours,
No hands, no feet on earth but yours,
Yours are the eyes with which he looks
Compassion on this world,
Yours are the feet with which he walks to do good,
Yours are the hands, with which he blesses all the world.
Yours are the hands, yours are the feet,
Yours are the eyes, you are his body.
Christ has no body now but yours,
No hands, no feet on earth but yours,
Yours are the eyes with which he looks
compassion on this world.
Christ has no body now on earth but yours.

Very inspiring for Christians.

It’s not about waiting for miracles but recognizing that through our actions—our hands, feet, and eyes—we have the ability to bring kindness, goodness, and blessings to others.

It’s like saying, "You’re the hands that lift others, the feet that walk toward those in need, and the eyes that see where love is needed most." Such a strong call to take responsibility for making the world better.

Teresa is not saying it's easy to imitate Christ. However much one may want to do so there is always one's arrogance, ignorance, despair, and greed to contend with.

I don't go to any church and even if I were to do so I'd still have my personal faults and hurts. Teresa's prayer reminds me of the goal I must aim for , a hard ask, to try to imitate Christ. (Not complaining just saying.).
