I havent even the faintest idea why a computer generated statement would be used.
Should I have an inkling?

I forgot to share the Facebook post before I followed the link that I copied here, and the questionnaire had no facility to backtrack. By then I had lost the FB page.

We are a pretty canny lot on misinformation, but not so good on practicalities, are we?

You correctly identified real people and computers 4 times out of 11. That's 36%.
Not so clever now.

Oh bum!
I forgot to copy the other part, and now I can't remember what I guessed.

You correctly identified accurate information and scientific disinformation 10 times out of 11. That's a neat 91%!

The University of Zurich have an online questionnaire (quite short) to test how good you are at distinguishing between accurate info and misinformation, and between human and computer-generated text. True or false? Organic or synthetic?

(My score was 10 out of 11 for accurate info vs misinformation, and 9 out of 11 for human vs computer.)
