Hi MOnica I'm not sure what Emerheat is, but I have seen a small 'super' heater advertised on Facebook. Supposedly saves you a fortune in heating bills. I'm assuming it's a version of this. I would never buy from a Facebook advert. Always do, as suggested by another poster and go out of Facebook, then contact the company through their own website.

These advertisements can be very persuasive FaceBook is full of them. I’m sorry you have been caught out, I was at the weekend but it was only for £2. One thing my husband always does if he buys anything online from a source he isn’t 100% confident in he pays by Pay Pal, you can submit a complaint and if it is valid they will refund the payment. I purchased through PayPal what seemed to be a bargain SIM card which was actually recommended by Martin Lewis, the company went out of business so I submitted a report, PayPal decided in my favour and I got my money back

I find online adverts totally unpersuasive. i ignore them or delete them if I can, very occasionally, out of curiousity I have looked, but I find the fact that I rarely if ever click on or take any notice of adverts means that I get far fewer of them.
