I saw a post on Facebook about Bonmarché going into administration. There was a link to a closing down sale. IT’S A SCAM! I spoke to Customer Service in Wakefield - they are aware.

Hi do you have the Wakefield telephone number as I think the number I have been dialling is part of the scam. Thanks

Just a heads up if you are trying to place an order. There is the scam website that looks nothing like the Bonmarche website. And then there is another website that is convincingly like the proper Bonmarche website but it's another scam. If you wish to place an online order use www.bonmarche.co.uk. Nothing else. If the prices seem amazingly cheap - you are on the wrong website

I came across a post about the closure of Bonmarche! There was an offer of clothing etc at very low prices. I unwittingly placed an order. The amount has now been taken from my bank account but now I can't find any details of my order, If this is a Scam, what can I do now?

This makes me so angry, absolute scum robbing decent people. Why don't they get a proper job, oh no, too easy to steal for a living. The Internet was never meant for this.
If you've paid on a credit card your bank may refund, but you're better calling them straight away.

Oh gosh I read those and thought oh I never realised they were closing down !
Bloody scams

Penn55 contact your bank fraud dept as soon as possible and get your card stopped or you may find it’s being used
