scam phone numbers

for the last three days I've been called on my landline by these numbers, they start 0049 then eleven more numbers..or 0036, plus 11 more numbers, I don't answer and they don't leave a message, and I block them, I suspect they are scammers, When I try to find out who has called me from these numbers all I see is that someone calling from a country such as Turkey will use 00 at the start of the number. Just be aware if they call you..
