Scams. - Don't buy online from Sears or KMart Market Place

Sears and KMart used to be good reliable companies. Especially Sears. Sears began failing as a company. Ultimately they merged with or bought out KMart. Up until a few months ago I was able to buy from Sears online and receive my order. Now they have Market Place through their site. So does KMart. This time when I ordered I did not receive my packages from either place. They were supposedly delivered to another town. And the two places insisted they were delivered to me. They weren't. I tried to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but I did not have all the information about the Market Place seller that I needed to have to proceed. So the best I can do it tell everyone I know about the Scams.

I don't know if Sears or KMart sell through your country, but I thought I should warn you just in case.

I think maybe write to Sears for the trader details as they are on their website.
Surely they are required to have at least that badic info... ?

I wrote to Sears. I wrote to KMart. All they do is give me a pat on the head and tell me it will be resolved. Then they refer me to their Market Place scammers. Sears and KMart are part of the scam. I contacted the the post office and tried to contact Fed Ex, but Fed Ex does not make themselves available.

I found a guy on reddit who had experienced the same thing and other places online that said it was all a scam.

So Monday I go to my bank, who no longer has a fraud department or ways to easily contact their office and see if they will do anything. Mostly I am now warning everyone away from them. At least I can do that.

How do I remove this thread? My complaints to the Sears arm of this issue prompted them to fix it. My package arrived from Amazon today.

Usually people report themselves.
Try tapping the 3 dots at the end of your post and ask.
