Dogs Trust New Scam

Dogs trust have had a person turn up to collect a dog they thought they had reserved and paid a deposit for.
She was contacted by a fake Dogs Trust worker on social media and paid them a reservation deposit.
Dogs Trust have said they don't contact anyone on social media, send friends requests, or take any money as deposits. If you want a dog you need to fill out an application form on their main website page.
This is a despicable scam targeting animal lovers.
