I worked my way through this article, although it will take several reads to fully master the contents.

It shows that how complicated measuring climate change is. Activities that warm one area can cause cooling in other areas. On balance I still think the planet is warming but I do think the simplistic Armageddon's predicted by more extreme environmental protest groups do a disservice to more considered forecasts.

There is a link to fracking at the bottom of the article. In the fracking article it says that there is a report that has been held back which says that scientists are more convinced than ever that the planet is warming.

The UN has published a report this week that states that warming is happening and that they report with 95% certainity that it is man-made.

There are very few people now who deny climate change, whether it is man-made or natural is irrelevant, the effects are the same. The disagreements are how severe and how soon it will affect us and what should be done to adjust to and mitigate it.
