Bayer is trying to overturn an EU ruling banning the use of a pesticide that has been linked to the falling bee population. There is a petition if any of you are interested.

Done it.
Very weird that they should try that. FoE will be asking me to sign up too, I should think. The trouble is that Bayer and Syngenta have the money.

Have you also had an email from sumofus about Warren Buffett trying to kick thousands of Indians off their land to build a steel plant?
That follows on from another thread on here about rice.
It's all wound up with big business.
