I'll be in for my swim just as soon as I get this damn rubber ring on!

For f* * * * * sake this bracelet is too bloody big for 2 legs - how do I get the other four in?

I don't think I'd be crouching down smiling at it when it puts the tyre down and looks around for what to do next!

(that's a comment, not a caption)

Well, I've skinned it, but there doesn't seem to be much meat on it.

They told us it was a doughnut, where's the jam?

I was watching a Nature programme yesterday. I watched something on there that made me feel awful and I did actually cry. It was a lion capturing and killing a baby elephant!!

I love baby elephants, it was painful to watch, I was horrifiedsad

But the baby lions have to eat too, don't they? It would have been just as bad to watch them starve to death.

Why horrified? You must have known lions kill other animals for food and, naturally, like most carnivorous hunters, they go for the youngest and weakest because then their hunt is more likely, other things being equal, to succeed. A lion's gotta eat. It's just nature being red in tooth and claw. Doesn't do to get emotional about it.

Does a frog eating a fly upset you too? If not, why not? It's essentially the same.

elegran put it better than me. Nothing personal in that 'you' in my post; I mean any 'you', i.e. anyone.

How about the roast lamb you will have for Easter?
