I am trying to post a couple of North Uist pictures on here but cannot find 'Browse' button under the Add Message Box?????!!!!!!

Flower I have just gone to Nature and "start a new discussion" and when I scrolled down the browser section was there so don't know what is happening your end.It is also showing underneath this post to reply to you.
