She looked noticeably better once they were weaned! They were still all over her whenever she reurned, but at least they weren't still suckling. No wonder she hot a bit nippy with them at times.

At first I thought I saw the father as well, they usually bring food for the vixen and the cubs, but when I was editing the videos and looking more closely, I decided that it was always her. So she was probably a single mother.

Thanks, Elegran, what energy the cubs had! No wonder the vixen looked haggard.

I am glad you liked it Shysal. Thank you for telling me the first link didn't work. I must upload that one again. There is a fabulous shot of the mother beseiged by five hungry cubs - it was one of the first I got, and it really chuffed me.
