I've recently switched to collecting my prescription from Boots pharmacy and found they use plastic bags to dispense them. Surely this is a step backwards from the paper bags for such a big nationwide company.

Apparently the prescriptions are made up centrally and it’s easier for them.
I’m not using Boots anymore, especially for prescriptions.
There has been quite a lot in the press fairly recently about this issue

I’d also noticed that Ellianne, and they are a darn site more difficult to open, than the sticky label on the paper bags!

I try not to use Boots for anything.

Mine always come in paper bags.

DH collects his prescription from Boots - always in a paper bag.
His complaint is that they keep changing the brand of tablets.

I try not to use Boots for prescriptions - the staff in our local pharmacy make uncalled for comments.
