During this terrible situation we are all in I like many others, and living alone short of conversation and company, I decided to find something to calm my mind and control anxiety..I found on you tube lots of beautiful meditation videos, spectacular scenery from all over the world, with nature sounds to go with it...While searching I also found gentle exercise for all ages I am 80. which was Tai Chi. I had no knowledge of this except what I had seen on TV in China. I singed up for free videos with Lei Taiflow...I was hooked it is so slow and relaxing and she is a great teacher...she teaches it as an exercise for mental health and well being. I have downloaded them onto my computer and now do this every morning and whenever I feel the need to calm down..I highly recommend it. It is easier than yoga which I also tried...good luck.
