How do you know these were children?

It was probably ignorant adults who should know better!

I did not say they were children . read the post.

We were in Pembrokeshire this time last year. There were numerous signs up saying there were seal pups out on the shore in several coves and asking people to keep clear and ensure dogs were on leads. We watched one couple get out of their range rover and release 2 spaniels - no collars let alone leads. They then raced off and started harassing 2 pups. The owners were then most put out that other walkers reprimanded then . Another nearby beach actually had a roped off area to protect the pups - which idiots climbed over so they could take selfies with the seals

They were probably all adults and perfectly capable of understanding now without having been told by their parents, that was my point, no need to snap my head off!

Education is needed.

That’s truly awful and gives us dog owners such a bad name!
