Some possible additions to the format?

I don't, honestly, go a lot on the GN 'parties' jeni. The first one (hallowe'en') was fun but after that.....

Yu can put another post up, amending the first one.

It's not just punctuation - sometimes you realise it sounds wrong. Most forums allow editing - I don't see why GN shouldn't.

Does it really matter though?

The odd missed apostrophe or a comma in the wrong place?

I think it's fine like it is.

Sometimes you (or I, at least!) still miss things - and sometimes it looks different somehow when you see it as an actual post....

Yes, you could, but too much like hard work! Still think the edit function would be the most useful addition.

I haven't tried to load a photo, I think it is better to be "phoenix, woman of mystery" than have you all able to see me!

I agree - this is standard on all my ex-pat forums.
The other things that would be useful are an 'edit' function and for the little box for links to be at the top of the page.
I still can't load photos - is anyone else having a problem?
