JO4 I am very much here - was dealing with reported posts at 7.15 this morning - blows own trumpet shamelessly. I do wish I had more time to blog, but I had to stop pause Agebomb to launch Gransnet and it's been a more than full time job developing the site and managing (with the brilliant and highly efficient team) the site and tweets and facebook and new Local projects and keeping us going and building the content and lots of other exciting things we are trying to do. But I have had a holiday
JO4 No hard feelings: we know you're a tease. We're used to it now. Though, obviously, you are the main reason why we have to take a holiday And have quite so much of this
Well Geraldine, I'm impressed that you took time to write a comment on my 'Walking a Marathon (in a day)' in the Exercise forum.
Your congratulations to me for actually DOING it (yes, I know I'm shouting but, dear reader, if you'd just walked 26 miles from Winchester to Salisbury in one day, and raised nearly £1000 for music therapy for sick and disabled children--you'd want to shout it from the hilltops too!) are much appreciated.
And if any of you cake-eaters/emoticon creators/lovely grans would like to push my total up another hill, the web page is www.Justgiving.com/SueBSmith71 and yes, that is my age! and of course xx
