Sending a private message

I have just managed to send a pm to nanapug by going into one she had sent me in my email inbox; but I cannot find out how to do this via the site itself. Anyone know how?

Click on the words "Private message" in the bar above one of nanapug's posts or those of anyone else to whom you want to send a private message.

Find any post by nanpug and click Private message in the purple bar. That's how I do it, but you could also go into your inbox and click" new message "and then fill in her name in the appropriate space.
