Hi Jodi, you can make your profile visible by going to 'My Gransnet' at the top right of this page on the the last tab, click on 'Set up a public profile page' and scroll to the bottom. There you'll find the option to make your profile visible.

Let us know if you're still having the picture issue. Have you tried using a desktop computer/laptop?

Just been trying to upload photos onto My Gransnet. First one successful, second one ...first photo disappeared and second photo duplicated. Deleted both started again. Same thing happened.

I'm using an iPad. Anyone else has this problem?!
