I was going to have scrambled eggs for lunch. Only one snag. I'm out of eggs, having used them for lemon curd yesterday. 
Garlic mushrooms on toast instead. Very good substitute.

Oh how lucky you are j08 we had a beautiful day here in the NE on Saturday. Miserably cloudy today though.

Yes. I might combine the two today. Might be just warm enough to perch on the garden bench to eat lunch.
