So many of the threads in Pedants' Corner are not about accuracy of spelling or grammar. They are just grumbles.

I do hope HQ's reply to this will be "No problem."

When I was a bank cashier and later on the 'Enquiries' desk (remember those folks?) we used to swear there were customers who would wake up thinking, 'Who am I going to annoy today?'. Sorting out real problems were fun compared to dealing with miseries who just enjoyed being grumpy.
