It's the first thing I go to once I've checked my emails!

And I have a serious Radio 4 addiction, a couple of programmes not withstanding.

I have a real problem with File on 4, Sunday afternoons. The theme music makes me feel depressed. Mr P manages to turn it off just in time, which isn't easy because they play it a little way into the programme, not right at the beginning. I struggle with Sundays anyway.

Newist, I darent check! When I get in to the office, switch on fan heater, kettle, radio 4, then just have a quick check of gransnet before I turn the phone off answering service.......then just another quick browse before I start something else.......and so the day goes on! It is often infuriating, sad, exasperating, but never, ever boring on gransnet! I love it, and thank you all my invisible friends for your company

I joined GN last September, I have just checked and found I have visited the site 40,266 times!!!! Is this an addiction? I am finding this hard to believe
